Anna + Conor // Portraits

As many of you may know, I moved back to Michigan from Wisconsin last June. I did this, because I was getting more wedding/photo inquiries in the mitten state. However, this year almost half of my weddings are across the lake. But I’m not complaining. I love Milwaukee and I absolutely adore my clients over there. Anna and Conor are one of these! We took their engagement photos at two really personal places that hold a lot of memories of their relationship. The first spot, a park that they used to sneak out of their house in high school and hangout in the middle of the night. Romantic, right? And SO much fun to see them hanging out by the tunnel slide where they first started to build a relationship. And second, their first house together that they are fixing up and making absolutely beautiful. I adore shooting photos at clients home … even though at the time this one was hardly finished you could already see what a special place it’s going to be. Can’t wait for their Milwaukee wedding this summer.

Also … Conor is a firefighter. He requested this picture and I am SO glad we took this. Hilarious. What man wouldn’t want a picture of his hot fiance in uniform? Anna — you are a true sport! xo.
