Boy oh boy, what a cool wedding this was. I had the pleasure of second-shooting with Amanda VanVels for this one (she posted her photos here) and it was an absolute blast. Rebecca and Scott are one of those couples that you see, and you immediately want to be friends with them. They are so clearly in love with each other, and also wanted to make their wedding day as fun as possible for themselves, and their friends. And they did this with the help of Viva La Diva Events. Every single one of the details in this wedding from the invites to the dreamy pink balloons to the absolutely beautiful succulent centerpieces was perfectly thought out and precisely placed.
Oh, and did I mention that the whole wedding party, Amanda and I drove in through downtown Detroit in one tiny car to get carnival photos? And that their wedding ceremony referenced the Velveteen Rabbit, and was held at Cliff Bells in Downtown Detroit? Yeah, like I said, it was perfect.
